The Challenge
Before our client engaged with us at e-bate, they were using a 3rd party company to manage their rebates end-to-end. Although this meant that the client didn’t spend time processing their own deals, it also meant that they lacked a considerable amount of control and had limited visibility of how their rebates were performing, with nothing in the way of reporting, insights and analytics. And, not only was the solution not offering anything outside of basic rebate processing, the 3rd party servicing the business announced they were exiting the market, leaving our client just one month to find an alternative rebate management platform. Whilst also being aware they would need more from their new software, the client approached us to see if we could set them up with e-bate quickly, in just a few weeks.
The Solution
After showcasing the capabilities of e-bate to the team at the vet pharma business, they were keen to push forward and become a client. We managed to set up their account, loading in all their data for them within 2 weeks. We then invited the client’s team to e-bate for two days of intensive training with our lead consultants, whilst bringing in historical data to run parallel before going live.
