e-bate has new leadership in the shape of John O’Sullivan, appointed as CEO at the firm this week (12th June 2023).
Rebate management technology specialists, e-bate, launched in 2018, delivering revenue-enhancing software that automates the entire B2B rebate process throughout the supply chain.
e-bate has secured over £4M in investment funds since launch, powering the technology company forward to deliver the fintech platform to businesses all over the globe.
e-bate’s new CEO, John O’Sullivan, is keen to continue e-bate’s growth with the experience and leadership skills he brings from working internationally across many different market sectors.
With his primary focus always on people and customers, John was a pioneering member of the entrepreneurial internet start-up community in the 90s, moving on and gaining experience leading businesses in consumer products, retail, ecommerce, travel, recruitment and HR. John founded Ten2Two, the pioneering flexible working business in 2007 where he remains Chair, and is on the board of Oaklands Further Education College in Hertfordshire.
On his recent appointment at e-bate, John said;
“I’m thrilled to take the reins at e-bate. I’ve experienced the power of effective rebate management first-hand so I’m looking forward to working with the talented e-bate team to enable more and more businesses to optimise their commercial rebates in the UK and international markets.”
As an industry agnostic tool, e-bate digitises the entire rebate process as part of the digital transformation that many companies are experiencing and embracing as part of their growth strategies. The firm, based in Leicestershire, was launched five years ago by technology entrepreneur, Founder and former CEO, Leanne Bonner-Cooke MBE, and has seen the business grow considerably since.
Leanne said;
“I am leaving behind a business I established and am very proud of. We’ve achieved great things together as a team and have provided the foundations of a SaaS business that will continue to go from strength to strength. For me, it’s time to take a new direction. e-bate was my concept, and for that I will forever be proud. I will continue to follow the company’s progress and support the team where I can.”
